Refund Policy

 

We try and maintain a very high standard and value the feedback from our customers. In line with the Consumer Rights Act, we offer a full refund or replacement if the goods are not as described, damaged, defective or unfit for purpose. Due to the perishable nature of our product, the customer will only be able to request a refund within seven days from receipt of the goods.

To claim a refund, please email support@nutritots.co.uk with your order number(s) and full name. We may ask for photographic evidence and/or may request goods to be returned to our business address.

Where applicable, your refund, or replacement, will be issued once the return has been processed. Cost of return is at the customer’s expense, and where applicable we will endeavour to refund the original cost of delivery. The decision of the refund shall be determined by Nutritots Ltd.

Non-Faulty Goods:

We are unfortunately unable to refund non faulty products. If you are dissatisfied with your product, we do not accept returns and will not offer refunds.
