heavenly delicious straw-nana clouds


Ingredients


  • 1 sachet Nutritots Organic Strawberry Freeze-Dried Powder

  • 1 sachet Nutritots Organic Banana Freeze-Dried Powder

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1.5 tablespoons gelatin

  • 25 ml water (for dissolving gelatin)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • Nutritots Organic Strawberry Freeze-Dried Powder (for sprinkling)



instructions



  1. In a small bowl, mix 1 sachet of Nutritots Organic Strawberry and Banana Freeze-Dried Powder with 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Stir until you get a smooth, thick paste. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve 1.5 tablespoons of gelatine in 25 ml of water. Stir well and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until fully dissolved.

  3. Add the organic freeze-dried fruit paste to the dissolved gelatine mixture . Stir well to combine.

  4. In a larger bowl, combine the gelatine and fruit paste mixture with 1 cup of Greek yogurt (room temperature). Use a hand whisk or blender to mix until a smooth, even paste forms.

  5. Pour the smooth mixture into silicone moulds of your choice. Make sure the moulds are evenly filled.

  6. Place the silicone moulds in the fridge and let them set for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  7. Once fully set, carefully remove the yogurt bites from the moulds. Slice them into bite-sized pieces.

  8. Before serving, sprinkle a little Nutritots Organic Strawberry Freeze-Dried Powder on top for an extra burst of flavour and colour.
