Raspberry waffle with mascarpone


Ingredients


  • 1 sachet of raspberry powder

  • 125gr of mascarpone

  • 2 eggs

  • 100ml of almond milk

  • 100gr of self raising flour

  • 1 spoon of oil


Instructions


  1. Separate whites from yolk

  2. Mix together yolks, mascarpone, flour, milk, oil and raspberry powder until smooth mixture

  3. In a clean bowl whisk the egg whites to soft peaks

  4. Whisk gently whites into mixture

  5. Pour the mixture into waffle make

  6. Cook until golden brown, as per your individual waffle maker

Enjoy!



*Instead of almond milk, any other milk can be used.
