Healthy Popsicles

Healthy Ice Popsicles

Ingredients


  • 2 cups of natural or Greek yoghurt

  • 1 ripe banana or 1 sachet of banana powder

  • 1 sachet of strawberry powder

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Honey or maple syrup according to your preference



Instructions


  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Pour into reusable freezer pop moulds or small plastic cups

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving


Enjoy!



*Instead of natural yoghurt or Greek yoghurt try vanilla fromage frais or full fat coconut milk

* For more intense flavours, add more powders.
